Everyone here is so kind and accommodating. I had trouble with a vehicle as I was headed on vacation with my family. They arranged pick up and drop off to help me out tremendously. The trouble was the beginning of a transmission problem and they were honest about the outlook and next steps. Genuinely appreciate fair and honest communication and pricing. Customer for life.

I took my old jalopy into Bobby's for some much needed services earlier this month, and I'm happy to say that I could not be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment I called to arrange drop-off and requested services I found myself being treated with nothing but politeness and professionalism; the shop was very up-front with their processes around communication and repairs and kept me in the loop throughout. If Damascus isn't lacking one thing it's auto service providers, and having visited most of them I can say that Bobby's is the place to beat in my experience. They will absolutely be my first call for future repair and service needs.

We love Bobby's Garage! The front desk woman is always so friendly and helpful. They even sometimes have the option to give you a loaner car at no cost which is just unheard of! They go above and beyond to make the stress of car repairs as easy as possible for their customers. We don't go anywhere else, Bobby's has been our go-to for years!
