I am already highly highly recommending Trouts Services to everyone I know. I went to another place and was just spouted some numbers very begrudgingly. I then called Trouts and had a completely different and amazing experience. I called and briefly told them what was wrong with my car and they asked if I could drive it to them or if I needed it towed (awesome customer service) and I was able to bring my car to them and they were very professional and helpful with dropping off my car. I then got text updates of my car and they called as well as to what was going on and what they were working on. They figured out the problem and found a better way to fix the problem all while keeping me in the loop! While I had a major problem they were able to diagnose and fix the problem in 24 hours! I cannot recommend them enough. They have the best costumer service and were so kind and inclusive as to what they were doing and I appreciate them working hard on my car in such a timely matter. I will definitely be returning.

My 2014 Buick Lacrosse was ready for an oil change. At the same time, I also asked to check filters and brakes. I brought my car at 7:00 AM to Trouts Automotive and I chose to walk home for my exercise. The "Trouts Automotive" team had my car ready at about 9:30 AM! I am very pleased!
