do not do business with these people!!. dishonest liar . quoted me a price on my core and then dropped the price when I sent someone an hour away to pick up the rebuilt one . my first time doing business with them and the LAST !! STAY AWAY !!!!!

The staff and technicians are great. I scheduled the service over the phone. Alexa was polite and professional. She worked to get an appointment the next day. We were kept updated about the progress of the repairs by text/phone. We use Trouts for all of our vehicle services, have recommended them to others, and will continue to do so.
