The people at Trouts Automotive were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had an emergency as my tire had a nail in it and I needed to get it fixed before I had to drop the kids off in the morning for school. They explained their process and was luckily able to fit me in that morning to get me on my way. Their fast, friendly service was just what I needed that morning. do not do business with these people!!. dishonest liar . quoted me a price on my core and then dropped the price when I sent someone an hour away to pick up the rebuilt one . my first time doing business with them and the LAST !! STAY AWAY !!!!!

Larry, sorry you felt you was lied too. We take pride in being upfront and honest with our customers. Treating everyone with the best customer service possible. We did give you what we quoted over the phone for your core. We also changed out a part for you on your transmission for no charge. I spoke with your driver, had a great conversation with him. Sorry we was unable to meet your expectations along with the last place that didn't meet your expectations as you had shared.
