Sorry for your unacceptable service. You had an appointment for the day. Yes, you dropped off at 7am, as our operating hours are from 7am-4pm, and I told you I would do my best to have it done by lunch. As this wasn't scheduled as a wait appointment, it was scheduled as a drop for the day. I also called you around 8am and asked if you wanted to continue your appt as the tint was to dark, that I noticed getting your vehicle checked in our system for the day. You said to proceed with inspection. We do our best to get everyone done and completed in a timely manner. Again, sorry your expectations weren't met.
