Bobby's Garage knows cars and has a breadth of capabilities. Most of all I trust them to tell me straight what my car needs.

I've been using Bobby's for a couple of years or so. They are very knowledgeable; do what they say when they say; back up their work; and have reasonable prices. Everyone is friendly and helpful! In addition, Bobby listens carefully to customer descriptions of problems and uses that info to expedite diagnoses. It was highly recommended to me by members of the adjacent Volunteer Fire Department and I am happy to pass that recommendation along!

Have gone to Bobby's Garage for years and NEVER disappointed. They are polite, helpful, always explaining what needs to be done and how expensive it will be. They stand behind the work they do. If I have any problem they make it right but generally everything runs the way it should when they are done. They work very hard with any intermittent or unusual symptoms, trying to find what the problem is and to fix it. I'm extremely happy with Bobby's. It was recommended by firefighter friends as a good, honest, and reliable place to get the car taken care of. I'll be going back soon for an oil change and general check-up.

Really honest and thorough. I took my Tundra in for an exhaust leak and the guys at Bobby's looked at it and said the whole exhaust looked bad and it had to be replaced. They gave an estimate that I approved. Later they called and advised me that one catalytic converter wasn't leaking and didn't need replacing. It saved me a ton of money and I appreciated the honesty. They never have recommended or charged for anything that wasn't necessary I . If you want a honest mechanic I recommend Bobby's.

I took my Corvette to Bobby's a while back to get the oil and filter changed. I was really impressed with the service. They are very flexible and go out of their way to assure the customer is satisfied. I provided my own oil and filter. They just charged me a nominal amount for installation. They performed a 40 point check of my vehicle and pointed out some additional work that should be performed. They even installed a new sealed beam headlight for me - for free!! (I furnished the bulb) I highly recommend Bobby's Garage.

I own 3 ford vans and I take them all to Bobby's for repairs. They are honest, reliable and knowledgeable. I've been a customer for years and will remain one for as long as they stay open!

In the future I will be taking my business elsewhere. I encourage you to do the same. My car was misdiagnosed and needless repairs were made. I paid for it, and rather than making it right, with a refund and customer service, I was merely given a "sorry about that."
