Another GREAT Service Experience!! Check Engine Light came on and I immediately drive my vehicle to the shop. I was seen right away and the service technician checked the code, cleared it and made sure it didn't come on again. The technician took the time to explain everything in terms I could understand about why the light came on and assured me that the vehicle was safe to drive. For nothing more than my own peace of mind, I asked to make an appointment to have the vehicle checked out from "A to Z". Appointment was set within two days and when I dropped my vehicle off, Tasha had the loaner car ready, and the car was cooling with the AC on due to the humidity that A.M. Wonderful customer service extra!!! My vehicle checked out ok and the service charge was very, very reasonable. Trout's Automotive is the Very Best!!!!
