After reading all raving reviews, we took our cars to Bobby’s as we moved to Damascus area from the wild Wild West couple of months ago. Oil change was the reading and Ms Enette welcomed us with greetings. We chatted a bit and left the cars for the oil change and did request the tech to do tire rotation, a part of a park that the oil change service added, and requested for a courtesy 30 point check. We got the cars back in about an hour and 15 minutes and everything was a great experience. No gimmicks, no calls for additional repairs, nothing. In fact Enette mentioned that everything else was fine. Timely service, great and friendly people, hassle free service, and superb customer service. We are satisfied with the service we received. I would whole heartedly recommend them and Bobby’s garage is one of the finest place in Damascus.We will be their customers from now on for ever. You won’t get disappointed at all.

My car wouldn't start and Bobby's was able to fix it for a good price and far quicker than anyone thought! Even though they were busy and dealing with shipping delays for parts, they were able to diagnose the problem, get another starter, and finish the repair the next day. I experienced great customer service. They fixed it right the first time with no unnecessary extra parts or labor.
