Best customer service around. Friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The team a Bobby's really explained the process and the diagnostic process related to my vehicle. They helped me make informed decisions on what problem need fixed now, and what could possibly wait. Money being a factor in all repair problems, I found Bobby's to be more reasonable than the local dealerships I have dealt with. With the delay in availability in parts. Bobby's team kept me up to date on every step in the process.

I just moved to the area and was nervous about finding a new place to service my SUV. Saying they are service oriented is an understatement. From scheduling to picking up my car- they explained everything clearly. Very reasonable pricing and they even gave me a ride home when I dropped off and back to pick up. I wish every business had this level of service. I will be using themfor everything auto!

Great customer service. Very open an honest related to needed diagnostic and repairs. I had a very horrible experience at a local truck dealership and the wonderful folks at Bobby's gave me back the confidence to trust a mechanic shop once again. They are very up front with time and parts delivery delays. I was able to keep and drive my truck with confidence until the needed part arrives to finish the repairs. I was lucky this was a option related to my mechanical issue. I will be referring friends and family in the future. Thanks again.

My family has been taking their cars to Bobby's since they first opened in Damascus and the mechanics get it right the first time almost 100% of the time. My son's Jeep had transmission issues after being "repaired" at another shop following an accident. Bobby's took a thorough look at it, diagnosed the cause, and fixed it without breaking the bank.
