Great service. I had a truck with a flat tire in a parking lot not too far from Bobby’s Garage. JJ met me and tried everything to fix the tire there. Long story. Ended up getting the truck to the shop. JJ couldn’t have been nicer. Needed a new tire. Ordered it and let me know it would be there the next day. Annette made the arrangements for the tire and let me know when I could pick up the truck. Reasonable price for parts and labor. She even printed a separate bill for roadside assistance that I can submit to my insurance company. Absolutely, the best service from a repair garage I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

This is a top rate facility. Very nice people, expert mechanics, excellent work, competitive prices. Everything I want for my go-to-garage.

I was recommended by someone to go here and I’m glad I did. It’s hard to find a trusting mechanic but at Bobby’s Garage, not only did Annette make me feel welcomed, they showed me pictures of what was wrong with my car upon doing a thorough check up. I knew a thorough check up was much needed! They replaced my brakes, told me what needs to be done to my car and explained why certain things needed to be done. Bobby's Garage took on a difficult job with my 21 year old manual transmission repair. Two other shops had refused the work, but Bobby's located the parts from another state and figured out exactly how to make everything work. Great performance from my car again!

Bobby's does good work at reasonable prices. I've compared prices with the local dealer's service department and Bobby's comes out on top. It's close enough to my house that I can bike there or walk. Also, I enjoy dealing with Annette: I can always count on a pleasant chat.

I am a new customer, needed a closer Auto repair shop. A friend recommended Bobby’s Auto in Damascus. I needed brake work. Annette who works the office is especially friendly and knowledgeable. They seemed very honest, not pushy, In fact told me I did not need back brakes yet and why. Their pricing is fair and felt they could be trusted. They offered me a ride, I had planned ahead, but it was kind that they offered. I am looking forward to working with them in the future. I know this review sounds almost to good to be true, but thats just how impressed i was. Thank You.
